At just501.com, we want you to love your purchase! Since all our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items)

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will work with our printing partner to replace the item or issue a refund.

2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Since all products are printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.

3. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to track the package. If it is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows it was successfully delivered.
